Coffee & Content: Writing a "Meet Cute" & How to Film at Any Budget

Happy Sunday Creative Army!
Here's hoping you had a happy, healthy, and creative week. I've got some fresh coffee in hand and some amazing content coming in hot. Let's dive in, shall we?
First up, the folks over at Studio Binder have put together a video about how to perfect the art of writing a "meet cute". A classic trope of the romantic comedy, a "meet cute" is how two characters meet for the first time. Our network of executives is actively searching for the next best RomCom script - and this is an element that can make or break your story. This video uses examples from La La Land, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Scott Pilgrim vs. The World, and more to illustrate how to master the meet cute in your script.
Next up, In Depth Cine has put together a compelling video comparing various aspects of films shot at different budgets. This video compares three films with: no budget (Relic), indie budget (Blue Jay - Mark Duplass, Sarah Paulson) , and studio budget (The Lighthouse - Robert Pattinson, Willem Dafoe). In particular, this video illuminates how you can creatively use resources to make a beautiful film without a massive budget.
