Now, I've got my coffee in hand and your weekly dose of content coming in hot - grab your coffee of choice and let's dive right into some International Women's Day inspired content

First up, Variety hosted an amazing panel of female television directors for a lively roundtable discussion. This panel features Jodie Foster (Black Mirror), Tracee Ellis Ross (Black-Ish), Melina Matsoukas (Insecure), Linka Glatter (Homeland), Helen Hunt (Feud), Pamela Adlon (Better Things), and Mary Harron (Alias Grace). This powerhouse group of filmmakers talk about working as a television director in Hollywood and beyond.

Next up, TEDx hosted an inspiring and educational chat led by entertainment news reporter Alicia Malone highlighting female voices in storytelling. Alicia talks about the importance of female-led productions and how they shape the narrative of the young viewers that grow up watching their work.
