Happy Thanksgiving, Creative Army!

On behalf of the entire Stage 32 team, I want to wish you and your loved ones a warm, healthy, and genuinely joyful Thanksgiving. Every year, this community amazes us, not just with the work you create, but with the generosity, collaboration, and support you show one another. Building and stewarding a place where creatives can gather, learn, grow, and belong is something we never take for granted. We are grateful for every connection made, every win celebrated, and every moment of kindness shared across this platform.

Thanksgiving has always been a day of reflection for me. After the food, the football, and the family time, I carve out a quiet moment to look back on the year. I ask myself:

• What did I set out to accomplish?
• Where did I surprise myself?
• What can I still push across the finish line before the year ends?

It’s a simple ritual, but it has a grounding effect — a reminder that momentum doesn’t come from perfection, it comes from intention. If you’ve never tried it, I invite you to join me. You might be surprised by how much clarity one honest conversation with yourself can bring.
