Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming producer Regina Lee to our Writers' Room webcast. As a long-time 20th Century and Universal exec, Regina saw the business from all facets. Now she's producing and consulting, seeing firsthand how the market is shifting. After spending two hours educating Writers’ Room members about the development process and how to implement studio notes, she stressed the importance of finding a mentor to navigate the market. I personally really connected with that point and continue to rely on my mentors. It was inspiring to see how much passion Regina has for the business and how much she cares about the craft and writers.
