Happy Saturday Stage 32!

As many of you may know, I host an Instagram LIVE every week on @stage32 highlighting some amazing Stage 32 members from all over the world. We cover everything from how to shoot a short film 100% remotely to how to how to master the art of a director/composer relationship and more. Recently, I had the supreme pleasure of chatting with two powerhouse Stage 32 members that have been working hard to make magic happen in their entertainment careers in 2021 - and they have some great tips to share with you.

First up, I chat with Dallas, Texas based Stage 32 member and screenwriter, Shannon Valenzuela, about her amazing blog Designing Your Creative Year: Plotting vs. Pantsing. No matter what role you play in the entertainment industry, Shannon has some epic tips that will help you plan (and achieve!) your creative and professionals goals in 2021. Next up, I have a lively conversation with New York City-based actor and Stage 32 member, Lisann Valentin (THE BLACKLIST, BLUE BLOODS, JESSICA JONES), about her wonderful Stage 32 blog: 3 Tips to Level Up Your Self Tape Auditions. With nearly all auditions going virtual these days, it is essential to know how to perform, record, and deliver a flawless self tape audition. In this interview, Lisann gives some amazing information about how to up your self tape game from every angle. The day before we our interview, Lisann had just wrapped a role on a major network TV show - a role she booked, you guessed it, from a self tape!
