Stage 32 Welcomes Geoffroy Faugérolas as Our New Director of Development Services!

Happy Monday, Creative Army!
As you know, the mission of Stage 32 from Day One has been to democratize the film and TV industry by leveling the playing field for all creatives and professionals around the world.
Carrying out that mission takes a village. I consider myself blessed to have so many incredible people on the Stage 32 team. People who lead with knowledge, selflessness and, empathy, but one that knows the industry inside and out, but also lives and breathes the creative life, just like you.
And today, I’m thrilled to introduce you to our newest member of Team 32, who not only embraces all of those qualities, but brings a wealth of industry experience and expertise to the table as well.
Meet, Geoffroy "Geoff" Faugérolas, our new Director of Development Services.
Geoffroy joins Stage 32 from Industry Arts where he worked for the recently shuttered Cast & Crew and Industry Arts platforms Coverfly, Screencraft, The Launch Pad, The Script Lab and WeScreenplay.
Geoff is here to help writers, actors, filmmakers, producers, and other above and below the line talent find success through education, access and other high-level opportunities.
His track record in helping connect creators to tangible opportunities speaks volumes, and more importantly, his vision is in lockstep with ours: we’re not just here to get creatives noticed, we’re here to get them working and keep them working.
Geoff has been here a mere 3 weeks and has already made an impact in the community and in the lives of many of our most acclaimed members. But he’s just getting started.
In short, buckle in. Much to come.
Please help me in welcoming Geoff to the team.
Cheers.

A Note From Geoff Faugérolas
Hello Stage 32 community!
I’m thrilled to introduce myself as the new Director of Development Services here at Stage 32.
At Stage 32, I’ll be leading our writer advocacy and industry outreach efforts. This feels like a natural transition for me because I’m doing what I love most—bridging the gap between talented creators and the industry professionals looking for fresh voices. The synergy between my experience, mindset, and Stage 32’s mission couldn’t be more aligned.
What excites me most about joining Stage 32 is that we’re not just focused on getting people represented, we’re about getting them working and their projects on screen. We already have several films in theaters that began as Stage 32 connections, including Neighborhood Watch starring Jack Quaid and Jeffrey Dean Morgan, which was discovered through one of our Stage 32 script consultations. Just this month alone, we’ve facilitated over 200 script requests and 130 meeting requests—real traction that leads to real outcomes.
As some of you know, I’ve spent the last 5 years leading writer advocacy and industry outreach at Coverfly, where I had the privilege of helping create opportunities for over 800 writers, and scouting specs for thousands of companies. One of my proudest achievements was identifying I Am Not Alone, the record-breaking short story that sold to Netflix.
Beyond advocacy, I’m a writer, director, and producer myself. I’ve developed content for major record labels, Billboard artists, and Fortune 500 companies, picking up a few Telly and ADDY Awards along the way. My writing credits include an episode of Snapchat’s original series SOLVE and two episodes for an animated series produced by CTB, Russia’s leading production company. Right now, I’m developing a one-hour drama with a showrunner, so I truly understand the emotional, creative, and practical hurdles we all face.
I began my career in Motion Pictures Development at Paramount, New Regency, and Lionsgate, and later worked in TV Production at Imagine Entertainment and TV International at ICM Partners. I hold degrees from the New York Film Academy (AFA), Pepperdine University (BFA), and UCLA (MFA).
I feel incredibly fortunate to do this work every day and am truly excited about everything we have coming down the pipeline to help creatives at every stage of their careers. Whether you’re a seasoned professional or just starting your journey, I’m here to help you navigate the terrain and find your path forward.
I’ve always believed in demystifying this industry. I consider myself a member of this community first and foremost. I’m one of you, and I’m here to share insights, open doors, and cheer you on at every step.
Let me hear what your goals are and how I can help you in the comments below.
