Following the heartbeat of Hollywood and streaming video can be mind boggling, to say the least. One day we learn of a new streaming service and the next, we learn of one that doesn't want to play in the same sandbox.

That's what we're learning with this blog post.

Any plans that YouTube had for streaming noteworthy shows may not actually come to fruition. According to sources (and we all know how that goes), the Google-owned company has stopped accepting pitches from producers. So what does this mean for the future of YouTube? Nothing terribly negative.
