Announcing Stage 32’s Summer Horror Pitchfest: 19 Execs. 3 Days. Unforgettable Opportunities.

Greetings, Stage 32 Creatives!
The nights are long, the screams are louder, and the opportunities are blood-curdling good.
Stage 32’s SUMMER HORROR PITCHFEST is here!
I’m Geoffroy Faugerolas, your new Director of Development Services, and I couldn’t be more thrilled to invite you to what may be our most electrifying pitch event to date. Over the course of 3 thrilling days, we’re bringing you 19 powerhouse executives who are all actively seeking horror and thriller content for film and television.
That’s right—June 25, 28 & 29—we’re hosting a genre-specific pitchfest dedicated entirely to the kinds of stories that haunt us, thrill us, and keep audiences coming back for more.
Why Horror/Thriller? Why Now?
As I shared in my most recent industry digest on Instagram (@Stage32Scripts), the demand for smart, efficient, and emotionally gripping horror is skyrocketing. Executives are leaning into stories that can deliver maximum impact with minimal overhead—contained horrors, grounded thrillers, and psychological nail-biters are getting greenlit at a higher rate than ever.
From Hereditary to Talk to Me, Run Rabbit Run to Watcher, we’ve seen how horror can break through globally and quickly. It’s one of the most versatile and international genres in the market. So if you’ve been sitting on that disturbing little concept or white-knuckle thriller, now’s your moment.
What Makes This Pitchfest Different?
Let me be clear: this is not a general pitch session where you’re hoping the exec on the other end is interested in your genre.
This is a laser-focused, curated lineup of executives who came to us with one request: “We want horror and thrillers.” That’s it. That’s the brief.
Whether you’re pitching a supernatural chiller, a gritty psychological thriller, a fresh take on a slasher, or a contained horror with global market potential, these are the decision-makers who want to hear from you.
Here’s What You Get:
- Development executives from major studios and streamers
- Producers with award-winning genre credits
- Managers and agents building rosters of bold new voices
- Financiers and distributors looking for international horror content
And for the first time ever, we’re bringing this all together in a themed pitchfest designed specifically for your spine-tingling material.
