Happy Sunday Creative Army!
First of all, congratulations to all of you who have already participated in our monthly Introduce Yourself Weekend! Thousands of connections have been made between entertainment creatives and professionals from every corner of the globe. Whether you are a long-time member, or brand new to Stage 32, take a moment to pop over to the Introduce Yourself Lounge and say hello before the end of the weekend. Bonus! If you are attending Cannes this week, Stage 32 is hosting an official Cannes Party tomorrow, March 23rd! RSVP here to join us in Cannes. Now, grab some fresh coffee and let's dive into this week's content.
First up, Vanity Fair shares insights on how to write a Marvel movie - direct from Marvel writers! Specifically, you will learn from writers Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely (Captain America: The First Avenger, Agent Carter, Avengers: Endgame). Having written 6 of the 34 Marvel films themselves, Christopher and Stephen talk about their writing process as a whole and how they maintained continuity in story over so many timelines (and multiverse's).
Next up, Acting Career Center shares an interesting video covering 5 top things to know about acting in Atlanta in 2022. In this video Atlanta-based actor Kurt Yue (Black Widow, Cobra Kai, Dynasty) talks about whether or not you can get big roles in Atlanta, moving to Los Angeles vs. Atlanta, what you should do first when/if you move to Atlanta, and more.
As always here at Stage 32, we love to share stories and knowledge with our fellow film fans. Know someone who would love this content? Share it with them! Tag them below!
